Q: What is Layne Staley Fund? What does it do?
A: The Fund, a non-profit 501(c)(3), founded in 2002 by Nancy Layne McCallum following the death of her son, Layne, assists in recovery. Layne Staley Fund uses donated funds and proceeds from the sale of merchandise and tribute revenues to support local chemical dependency facilities, drug education and outreach programs.

Q: Where do the proceeds from merchandising and donations go?
A: All of the proceeds from donations, merchandise sales and tribute revenues go toward helping others who struggle with heroin addiction. The actual treatment services are provided by Therapeutic Health Services at five of their greater Seattle locations. Several heroin protocols are offered, based on THS's 37 years of service.

Q: Does the Fund Store use a secure ordering method if I use my credit card?
A: Yes, all transactions through Layne Staley Fund are handled by PayPal using an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to protect your information and privacy.

Q: Can I order merchandise or donate if I don't have a credit card?
A: Yes, checks or money orders are welcome. Follow the instructions on the donation page. If you're using a check or M.O. for merchandise, specify items and sizes if required, and send to the address on the donation page. Merchandise orders paid by check take longer to process.

Q: Is tax or shipping and handling included in the price?
A: Yes, prices are all inclusive.

Q: How long will it take to receive my item after I have placed a successful order?
A: Allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery of store items.

Q: Does Layne Staley Fund Store ship to international addresses?
A: Yes, we ship globally. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of store items.

Q: I haven't received my order yet. Who do I need to talk to?
A: Remember to allow 2-4 weeks shipping time (or 4-6 weeks for international orders). If you have not received your item, email Nancy.
